Rebecca Zeni is the founder of SciMath Education. She has her B.S. in Physics with a minor in Chemistry from Beloit College, and her M.Ed. in secondary science education from DePaul University. She holds teaching certifications in Physics, and Chemistry. Rebecca has done research in physics and chemistry and is a contributing author for published research on Self-Assembling Mono-Layers. Prior to founding SciMath Education, Rebecca tutored for a boutique tutoring firm, Bespoke Education, located in Manhattan, where many of her clients that she prepared for the college entrance exams went on the attend the school of their choice including Ivy League Schools. While on the East Coast she also taught Math and Chemistry at a small private school in Connecticut. Before heading to the East Coast, Rebecca student taught at the Francis Parker School in Chicago, then went on to write curriculum for a start-up private school where she taught Chemistry, Physics and Math. Rebecca tutors all levels of physics, chemistry, biology, and math, as well as the GRE, SAT, ACT, and SAT2.

Arwa Kamil grew up in Windsor Ontario, where she attended Sandwich Secondary School. Upon graduation, she attended Wayne State University in Michigan, where she obtained her Bachelor degree in Biochemistry. She went on to enroll in The Medical University of the Americas, where she pursued studies in the field of Medicine. After moving to Chicago, Arwa taught both math and science. Arwa spent over 5 years as an instructor at the School of Oriental Medicine where she taught Biology, Pathophysiology, Clinical Science, as well as physical Diagnosis. She also worked as an instructor at the non-profit In Search of Genius. Currently Arwa is pursuing her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Midwestern University. Arwa tutors all levels of biology and chemistry, as well as math through PreCalc.

Edward Hwang grew up in Des Plaines, IL, a suburb of Chicago. He attended Loyola University for his undergraduate studies where he earned a B.S. in Physics with minors in chemistry and math. He stayed on and received his M.S. in Chemistry. During his M.S. program, he was a teaching assistant for general chemistry, where he found he enjoyed teaching more than research. Upon finishing his M.S. he enrolled in the M.Ed. program at DePaul where he is currently working on his degree to teach secondary science. Edward has more than 4 years of experience tutoring math and science as well as being a teaching assistant. He strives to make science interesting for everybody regardless of background. Edward tutors all levels of Chemistry and Physics as well as Math.

Mike Palmer grew up in Southeast Michigan north of Detroit. As an undergraduate, Mike studied pure mathematics at Oakland University where he was an active participant in The Society of Physics Students and held both the Vice President and President positions on the board of the Students for the Advancement of Mathematics club. He earned a Master of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics from the same institute. Mike has 8 years experience teaching and tutoring at various universities including Western Michigan University, Oakland University and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mike tutors all levels of Mathematics and Physics as well as the ACT.

Yan Man is originally from Arcadia, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles. For his undergraduate degree, he attended the University of Oxford where he obtained a Masters in Engineering Science. He then moved to Chicago to attend Northwestern University for his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Yan has 5 years of private tutoring experience, in addition to his time as a Teaching Assistant for core Fluids and Circuit Design courses at Northwestern. He strives to teach students by emphasizing critical thinking and application of fundamental principles. He tutors all levels of Math and Physics.
